What you learn during the program.

In our Project Management Practical Training Program, you would learn;

  • How to create various Documents such as: Project Brief, Business Case, RACI Matrix, RAID Log, Project Plan, Change Request, JIRA Project Set Up, Project Status Report, Budgeting report etc.

  • You would also be taught how to manage stakeholders expectation, Change Management, Budgeting/ Forecasting,

  • You would be exposed to various tools such as: Smart Sheet, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Power Point etc.

  • Upon completing your training before commencing your practical internship with a UK company, you will be issued your CPD IT Project Management  CERTIFICATE for completing all modules taught.
