Terms & Conditions

1. Availability

  • Our Live Hands-on practical Project Experiences are subject to availability. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend that our customers book well in advance and arrive early. 


2. Course Registration

  • If you have bought an e-learning licence or blended learning course, and you’re ready to take your exam, you need to think about how you would like to do that. At DIIT Training UK Ltd, we offer you a couple of different options – you can take your exam at one of our training venues, or by online proctor from the comfort of your own home. When you booked, you were sent an exam code to redeem. You will need this once you’ve made your decision about how to sit your exam. Voucher lengths will vary depending on the examining body (Peoplecert, APMG International, APM, BCS or EXIN), so please make sure you're ready to take the exam before redeeming your code.

  • You can reschedule the exam as many times as you like within the period covered by the voucher. Exam vouchers can be extended, but only when the exam voucher is still valid/in date. Vouchers can only be extended for a maximum of six months, at a cost of £90 per request (plus VAT where applicable).

  • ​You cannot extend a voucher that has already expired. Instead you will need to purchase a new voucher.

  • You understand that you can not arrive at a venue expecting to attend a session paying the NON-REFUNDABLE FEE.

  • To obtain a booking confirmation email from DIIT Training UK Ltd

  • DIIT will not be held liable for any costs incurred by you if you do not follow the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions.

  • You will not disclose details of projects worked on at DIIT Training UK.

  • You will also not distribute or reproduce any of the training materials provided by DIIT Training UK.

  • You are aware that You are not paying for the work experience but for the training only

  • You understand that all intellectual property generated during your time on the project belongs to DIIT Training UK Ltd.

  • You understand that your time on the project is on a voluntary basis and that you must not look to receive any payment from DIIT Training UK Ltd.

  • You understand that if You are to decide not to continue with the training; DIIT Training UK will NOT refund any remaining payments.

  • You understand that DIIT Training UK might use your details to assist with referencing and training purposes.

3. Training Program Duration

  • Details of the training program duration given on the website are to be used as a guide only. Upon registering for the program you would be required to pay a NON REFUNDABLE FEE which must be paid in full before joining any session.

4. Safety

  • Please follow the health and safety guidelines provided by all training venues used. Some personal insurance policies may not cover our training program venues. Please check with the venue well in advance of your day. Note that the venues we use usually require compliance to a certain type of conduct from participants. Please listen and take note if they ask something of you it is usually for your own safety.

5. Complaints

6. Peoplecert Cancellation Charges

If your voucher is still in date, and you wish to cancel a Peoplecert exam, cancellation charges will apply. They are as follows:

  • Up to 48hrs before the exam: Free

  • Candidates can cancel or change the exam date through their Peoplecert profile for free

  • 48hrs to 4hrs before the exam:-

    • Candidates can change the exam date directly through their Peoplecert profile at a cost of £120 (plus VAT where applicable) — you will be charged by Peoplecert

    • Contact DIIT Training UK Ltd and we can cancel the exam for you at a cost of £90 per request (plus VAT where applicable) — you can then rebook your exam if your voucher is still in date.

7. Shipping & Handling 

  • All products shipped within the United Kingdom will be subject to a standard shipping charge of £9.99.

  • All orders from the UK to the European Union will be subject to a shipping charge of £15.00, all others outside the UK will be subject to a shipping charge of £25.

  • Delivery Schedule We will aim to send your order out within 2 working days. Allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you have a more urgent requirement please contact us at : and we can ensure quick delivery and even online access to your chosen course whilst you wait for the order to arrive.

  • Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

  • All other orders are VAT free.  



8. Credit Card Security

  • When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.

  • They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


9. Reference Giving

  • -Please be aware that DIIT Training UK only provides a reference to individuals who have successfully worked on 2 full projects from inception to delivery.



10. Privacy Policy

  • DIIT Training UK Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

  • Please be aware that DIIT Training UK collects personal information from you through the use of forms, which may be on paper or on our Websites, such as when you log in to access our Services, signup to receive our newsletters, register for information, or make a purchase or commence a course of study.

  • When you create an account on our Websites you have the opportunity to provide us with information about any additional requirements that you might want us to be aware of.

  • If you make payment via our website, we use a PayPal portal that ensures that the PayPal payment standard is applied on our website.

  • We also collect personal information from you when you communicate with us for any reason, including by email, postal mail or telephone, and when you use our Services.

  • We may record and store the telephone conversations you have with us for the purposes of quality control, staff training, and/or to prevent or detect crime.

  • -If you choose to provide us with information, it means you explicitly grant your consent to us using that information as it is necessary to provide Services to you.
