What would you learn during the program?

In our Business Analysis Training Program, you would learn;

• Project Life Cycle & Software Development Life Cycle.

• Agile Project Delivery methodology (Scrum).

• How to create various Business Analysis Documents such as: Scope of Work (SoW), BRD, User Stories/ Acceptance Criteria in JIRA, End-To-End process flow diagrams etc.

• You will be taught Tableau and how to create visualization of structured data

• You would also be taught how to engage and manage stakeholders expectation,

• You would be exposed to various tools such as: Smart Sheet, JIRA, MS Word, MS Project, Power Point etc.

• Upon completing your training before commencing your practical internship with a UK company, you will be issued your CPD verifiable CERTIFICATE of completion.
