How The Program Works

PART 1 - Free DAY 1 Workshop (Live Online)

The 1st part of the program is a 1 day FREE intensive theoretical training where all participants are introduced into their selected  programs, unravel carer paths, understand the roles, responsibility of your chosen role and have the opportunity to answer questions:

Business  Analysis FREE Classes: Saturdays 10am - 2pm

Cyber Security FREE Classes: Saturdays 10am - 2pm

Project Management FREE Classes: Sundays: 12noon-3pm 

Automation Test Analyst FREE Classes: Saturdays 10am - 2:00pm

Solutions Architect FREE Classes: Sundays: 12:00noon - 2:00pm

 

PART 2: DAY 2, 3, & 4 Practical Training (Live Online)

The 2nd part of the program is the 3/4 weeks of intensive practical training where all project team members deliver a project. You will be exposed to various documentation and tools.

Business  Analysis FREE Classes: JIRA, MS Visio/ Lucid Chart/ Miro Board, MS Office

Cyber Security FREE Classes: Nessus/ Qualys/ OpenVAS/Nexpose etc

Project Management FREE Classes: JIRA, Confluence, MSP, MS Office

Automation Test Analyst FREE Classes: Selenium/ Cucumber etc

Solutions Architect FREE Classes: AWS/ BPMN/ UML, Confluence

PART 3 - Internship (Remote/ Live Online)

The 3rd part of the program is the 3 months of internship program with a UK company where you engage directly with the business and stakeholders. You will be grouped in teams of 6 (maximum of 10) to deliver on your given project. 

 

During the course of your program (after the training), you will be expected to commence applying for new roles and attend interviews during the period of your internship (others may choose to complete the entire program before commencing the search for a new role, the preference is yours to make).

 

The objective of the entire program most especially the internship program, is for you to have the experience to attend interviews, describe your own experience to the recruiter/ employer/ interviewer in your own words based on your experience, and be gainfully employed during/ after rounding up your internship program.

PROJECT TOOLS:

We specialize in coaching and training individuals with little or no prior IT-related experience/ skill to become Project ManagersBusiness Analysts Solutions Architect, Software Developers & Test Analysts. Depending on your chosen training during your projects, we expose you to industry standard tools such as: MS Project, Smart Sheet, JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucid Chart, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint as well as communication tools such as Teams & Zoom,

 

 

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION:

During the course of your training and internship, you would be exposed to the following deliverables/ documents such as Business Case, PID, Project Plan, RACI Matrix, RAID Log, SoW, BRDs, ''As-Is'' ''To-Be'' End-to-End process flow diagrams, Traceability Matrix as well as methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINING DATES 

DIIT Training UK's training curriculum starts from understanding the fundamentals of project management as the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. BUSINESS ANALYSIS TRAINING DATES 

For business analysis, the individual is someone who analyses an organization or business domain and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology. Business Analyst helps in guiding businesses in improving processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. SOTFWARE DEVELOPER TRAINING DATES 

For our software developer training, the individual is not required to have prior knowledge of IT. Our training specialization in the configuration of A content management system (CMS) which is an application that is used to manage content, allowing multiple contributors to create, edit and publish. The content in a CMS is typically stored in a database and displayed in a presentation layer based on a set of templates like a website. SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT TRAINING DATES 

In our solutions architect training,

n our Solutions Architect Practical Training Program, you would learn;

  • Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture.

  • Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.

  • Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.

  • Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
